Back by popular demand, Hatsune founder Alan Wong and his Hatsune team will host this season’s Sake Sensei Dinner Party in the HANA by Hatsune at Guomao on Wednesday, June 2nd at 7:00PM.
Alongside a multi-course paired dinner menu, Alan-san will introduce a balanced and diverse range of 4-5 different types of quality sake. You will learn the meticulous process of brewing sake from rice and water and Alan-san will teach you how to smell and taste the subtle flavors so that you can more fully appreciate just how delicate and beautiful sake can be.
As seating is limited, please note that advanced reservations are REQUIRED. The ticket price includes the entire shared dinner menu paired with 4-5 different types of quality Japanese sake. To book your seats, please see the information listed below.
